ADDED: New show pricing permission so that you can turn off the ability for a user role to see any pricing on the proposal. This could be handy for contractor roles for example. NOTE This needs to be turned off for existing roles if you do not want them seeing pricing.

FIXED: Users without the contract permission should no longer be receiving notifications about the status of a contract on a project they are on.
