The estimates area is where you can put documents requiring sign off such as; quotes, timelines and any other document that is necessary for the way you run your business. We suggest you use the project contract section for your standard terms of service contract. ( payment terms, warranties etc.) You can upload various PDFs here.
If you previously pasted your contract in the studio settings you will see your contract when starting a new project. Here, within spaces you are uploading documents relevant to the spaces within your projects.
There are two estimate status': “awaiting approval” and “approved” In order to have the document visible to the client you need to make sure you’ve made the project visible to the client first. When your client logs in they will see a file waiting for their approval. Your client can digitally approve the document from within their studio. We will cover more on the client’s experience later on.
