You can create as many user roles in Mydoma Studio as you'd like! The maximum number of active users for your account (including the account owner) will depend on your plan type:

Solo: 1 user

Team: 8 users

Agency: Unlimited users

The account owner role has full permissions and cannot be edited. 

Project Manager, Interior Designer and General Contractor roles can be renamed and edit as you see fit! You can also create new roles.

  1. Bookkeeper: Allow them to look at invoices, purchases orders, export paid invoices to Quickbooks and map income accounts.  

**You can always add additional permissions but the ones listed below are highly recommended to ensure they have the required access.**
