The Billing Page is where you can view and manage all your billing-related information. This includes detailed summaries of charges, transaction data, and fees for each billing period.

Navigating the Billing Page

The Billing Page serves as the central location for all your billing information. Here, you can access key details such as:

  • Billing ID: A unique identifier for each billing record.

  • Amount: The total fee for the billing period.

  • Period: The specific date range for which the billing applies.

  • Date available: The date on which the billing information is made available to you.

Viewing the Summary of Charges for a Specific Period

If you want to get more detailed information about your charges for a specific billing period, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing Page.

  2. Locate the Billing ID corresponding to the billing period you wish to review.

  3. Click on the Billing ID to access detailed information for that period.

  4. Once there, you can review the Summary of Charges section.

Understanding the Summary of Charges

The Summary of Charges provides an in-depth breakdown of all charges related to a specific billing period. This summary will show you several key data points that help you understand the cost structure of your transactions:

  • Statement: A formal record of the charges applied to your account for the billing period.

  • Number of Transactions: The total number of transactions that occurred during the billing period.

  • Volume: The total volume of transactions during the billing period.

  • Fees: The total fees associated with the transactions in the billing period.

  • Net Fees: The net fees after any adjustments or discounts applied to your account.

  • Chargeback (if applicable): Any chargebacks that have occurred, which can affect the overall fees due.

  • Fee Due: The final amount that is due to be paid after all transactions, fees, and chargebacks have been accounted for.

Note: Billing entries should always correlate to your batches. A batch will show a drilled down version of your fees and associated transactions.
