Batches are a critical component for tracking and managing your payouts. They provide a detailed overview of all the transactions involved in a particular payout, including associated fees and statuses.

The Batch Page contains several key data points about your payout, such as:

  • Batch ID#: This unique identifier is assigned to each Master Batch, helping you easily track and reference it.

  • Number of Transactions: This refers to the total count of individual transactions included in the batch.

  • Gross Amount: The total amount before any fees or deductions.

  • Net Amount: The total amount after fees and deductions have been applied.

  • Date Created: This is date the disbursement was initiated?

Batch Details Page

The Batch Details Page provides a breakdown of all the transactions and fees included in a specific disbursement. By reviewing the Batch Details, you can:

  • View a detailed transaction list, showing all payments included in that batch.

  • See transaction fees that have been deducted from the payout.

  • Click on the Transaction ID# for any specific payment to access the Transaction Details Page, where you can view in-depth information about that particular transaction.

To navigate to the Transaction Page, simply click on the Transaction ID# to view more details.

Funding Attempts Section

The Funding Attempts section provides a history of disbursement efforts, including:

  • Date of Initiation: The date when the disbursement process was started.

  • Estimated Arrival Date: The expected date for the funds to arrive in your account.

  • Status: Indicates whether the funding attempt was Successful or Unsuccessful. If unsuccessful, additional details may be available for troubleshooting.
