Time Tracker Reports

After you have tracked times you may want to look at a report for various reasons. Maybe you want to show a breakdown of hours to your clients, or you want to keep track of how much time you are spending on certain tasks. Whatever the reason this is where you want to be!

To get to the time reports you can either select the timer icon at the top of your navigation menu, or when your timer is open you can click the box with the arrow at the top right corner.

When you get to your reports you will want to adjust the filters. The start date filter is pre-set to the beginning of the week. So if you don't see any times, try changing that first!

If you want to have a report for a specific period of time you will first want to seet up the start and end date filters.

When you click on the either of these filters a Calendar will show up. To change the year you will click where it lists the month and year at the top left. To change the month you will use the arrows at the top right. Then be sure to click on the number day you want.

At the bottom left is a pencil option if you prefer to type in the dat you want. When you have this to your liking you will click "OK" at the bottom right to save this filter.

If you have time tracking admin permissions you will also be able to select which team member's times you want to specifically look at. Otherwise it will only show your times.

You are also able to filter by specific projects. This is important if you are sending your times to a client.

A good tool to see how much time you are spending on specific tasks is the service filter.

Lastly, you have the filter to view only billable times, non-billable times, or all.

Once you have the filters set to where you want you will click the three dots at the top right of the report.

Then you have the option to download as a PDF or as a CSV, to generate the time report!
