First off we never like a to see a "Mydomaer" leave, even if you're just giving us a try!  However we understand that there are reasons why Mydoma Studio might not the right fit for you so here are the instructions on how to cancel.

Cancel Your Trial of  Mydoma Studio.

If you'd like to cancel your trial to Mydoma Studio you can do so by emailing billing@mydomastudio.com or by logging into your account and messaging directly through the Mydoma Studio in app chat support. Subscription cancellation requests by email must include your name and the company email address that the trial was made under. Once your request has been received, a member of the Mydoma team will be in contact with a form to be completed. Your trial will be cancelled upon receipt of the completed form.

If you've signed up for a trial and provided your credit card details you must request to cancel before the end of the free trial period. Otherwise you will be billed at the time of the trial period ending. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice ( the end of the trial) your access to the Services will terminate, and your credit card will not be charged.
