FIXED: Font was dark when editing title of images in some sections

FIXED: Deliverables tab not hidden for client if there was deliverables but they were set to not visible for client (they could not see the deliverables just an empty page)

FIXED: Project/Space filter on time tracking was not updating when changing those on time entries
