Pricing Sheet

See your profit breakdown without making it visible to your client. The pricing sheet can be broken down by category, vendor, room, and more! You can also create a pricing sheet of all products and services across the project. With a pricing sheet, you'll be able to see your cost, client price, and any profit. The pricing sheet can be exported as a CSV and opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers.

**Note** For the examples below, be sure you're in table view with pricing and markup/discount turned on!

Create a Pricing Sheet

To create Pricing Sheet, you'll first open up your project and go to Products & Services.

If you would like to see your profit of all products and services across the project, change the Display Type in the Search/Filter panel on the right-hand side to Table.

**Note** Doing so on the All Products & Services page ensures your client will never see it as they do not and will not ever have access to this page. Or if you create a view, be sure to not add them as a viewer.

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to scroll toward the right until you see Cost, P/L, and Price. Here you can see what you've paid (Cost), the client total (Price), and your profit (P/L - Profit/Loss).

**Pro Tip** Want to see the pricing sheet without some of the extra columns? Change the Field of Visibility in the Search/Filter panel and save what you see as a View by clicking "Create View!"

This will let you easily toggle to your Pricing Sheet without having to change the Field of Visibility every time. This will also allow you to download a CSV file of your pricing sheet. Learn more about Views.

Why does my profit show $0?

Generally this means a quantity or price is missing - be sure to double check the numbers on a product that shows a profit of $0!

**Note** Be sure you're in table view with pricing and markup/discount turned on!
