See your profit breakdown without making it visible to your client. The pricing sheet can be broken down by category, vendor, room, and more! You can also create a pricing sheet of all products and services across the project. With a pricing sheet, you'll be able to see your cost, client price, and any profit. The pricing sheet can be exported as a CSV and opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers.
**Note** For the examples below, be sure you're in table view with pricing and markup/discount turned on!
Create a Pricing Sheet
To create Pricing Sheet, you'll first open up your project and go to Products & Services.
If you would like to see your profit of all products and services across the project, change the Display Type in the Search/Filter panel on the right-hand side to Table.
**Note** Doing so on the All Products & Services page ensures your client will never see it as they do not and will not ever have access to this page.
Use the scroll bar at the top to scroll toward the right until you see Cost, P/L, and Price. Here you can see what you've paid (Cost), the client total (Price), and your profit (P/L - Profit/Loss).
**Pro Tip** Want to see the pricing sheet without some of the extra columns? Change the Field of Visibility in the Search/Filter panel and save what you see as a View! This will let you easily toggle to your Pricing Sheet without having to change the Field of Visibility every time. This will also allow you to download a CSV file of your pricing sheet. Learn more about Views.
Price Sheet per category, vendor, room, and more!
Don't want to see the profit of all products and services across the project? Use your Views and Field of Visibility to narrow things down!
Need to see your profit for only light fixtures, appliances, or furniture? Use the Category dropdown menu in the Filter By: located on your Search/Filter panel.
**Note** You can only select one Category at a time.
Once you select the Category, you can also select a Subcategory!
**Note** You can select more than one Subcategory at a time.
Need to see your profit per Vendor? Use the Vendor dropdown menu in the Filter By: located on your Search/Filter panel.
**Note** You can select more than one Vendor at a time.
For this Pricing Sheet you can either search by tags in the Search/Filter panel on the All Products & Services page or you can select a View (Room) you've already created!
**Note** You can select more than one tag at a time (if you want to see Bedroom 1, 2, and 3 for instance).
Filter by Types of items (Products, Services, Custom Products), Statuses (Proposed, Invoiced, Ordered, None) or mix and match!
Why does my profit show $0?
Generally this means a quantity or price is missing - be sure to double check the numbers on a product that shows a profit of $0!
**Note** Be sure you're in table view with pricing and markup/discount turned on!

This tool is for the design professional and is not visible to your client. The pricing sheet is broken down by category. At a glance the pricing sheet show your cost, client price and profit. The pricing sheet is not editable. This is because the pricing sheet is directly linked to the proposal. if you'd like to add or edit, you do this from the space proposal. The pricing sheet can be exported as a CSV and opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers. There is also a designer project pricing sheet automatically generated at the project level. This shows you an overview of all products and services in all spaces across the project.
A pricing sheet is automatically created based on the products that you've added to your proposal. If your pricing sheet is blank, start by adding products to your proposal.
You can view the pricing sheet by clicking "pricing sheet" from within the products tab inside of a space
All of the data is automatically calculated, totaled and categorized based on the information you put in to your product catalog.
You can print the designer pricing sheet by clicking "print view" at the top of the screen and choosing "pricing sheet" from the menu. Your client cannot view or print the designer pricing sheet. The pricing sheet is formatted to print in portrait or landscape. You can make your choice from your printer dialog box.
Troubleshooting the pricing sheet
I am seeing N/A for pricing?
The first reason is you haven't set a price for the product. The pricing sheet references the products in the space and if your products don't have prices, the pricing sheet can't be created.
The second reason is that you've haven't set a quantity. If you don't have a quantity set the pricing sheet can't calculate totals.
Some products are uncategorized?
The categories sections in the pricing sheet are automatically generated based on the categories set for the products in your proposals. If your product has no category set, the pricing sheet will add it to uncategorized. To fix this, visit your catalog and set the product category for the products without one.
