Notes were not draggable on FireFox

Projects and spaces will no longer be automatically added to the message center. You can now create a "message room" either from a space or project or from the message center itself by selecting the project or space

Message centre rooms without messages (or in the case of project rooms without space rooms under them as well) can now be deleted
