Please proceed to your unique Studio URL and log into the studio using your account owner's email.

If you don't remember your old studio URL or your account owner's email, please contact us in the little chat bubble at the bottom of this article or email us at info@mydomastudio.com and we will be able to help you find this information.

Next, if you don't remember the password, simply click on Forgot Password to reset your password and quickly access your studio.

As soon as you log in, you will land on the Billing page with instructions to resubscribe by selecting the plan that works best for you.

Once you have decided what plan works best for you, click on Monthly or Yearly, then Select.

If you don't have a coupon code or would like to learn about any offers available, please contact us in the chat bubble or email us at support@mydomastudio.com, we'll be happy to offer you any deals available at the time of resubscription.

Please make sure the payment method is updated and a coupon code is entered, if applicable, before selecting Update.

Note: If you need to update the Credit Card, please make sure you update the card information before selecting the plan and confirming your subscription to make your access to your studio quick and smooth.

Every Mydoma plan includes access to the basic version of the Visualizer so all users can try it out. Basic accounts have limited access to certain features and high-resolution rendering allowances expire after 6 months. Once you've had a chance to test it out, it'll be time to upgrade to the Pro version if you want to create the most professional work possible.

Add additional team member(s) by clicking the arrow up button and selecting Update. Please note that additional users in a studio must have the same interval as your studio subscription.

Please make sure the payment method is updated before selecting Update.
