Logging in

  • This is the same process as before. They’ll still go to the same unique studio URL as they did before to log in: ___________________.mydomastudio.com

Message Center

  • Although the icon looks a little different, your client can still find the message center in the same location on the top navigation bar.

Project

  • Your client will still click on their project to open it.

Contracts

  • Your client can sign contracts, scopes of work, estimates, and other important documents in the contracts section.

Products & Services

  • The project Products & Services tab is where you can show your client items grouped by space, product category, options - whatever suits your creative workflow best! Now, though, instead of having to navigate between different parts of the project, the client can stay in one location and simply click on the dropdown Views menu to switch to a different space.

Proposals

  • Your client can comment on and approve proposals in the proposal tab. Comments make it easy for you and your clients to have a real discussion about the items on the proposal. Having approved proposals in one, central location makes it easy for you and your clients to see at a glance what’s already been approved, without having to navigate through multiple spaces

Invoices

  • Your client can still view and pay invoices in the invoices tab. No real changes there!

Appointments

  • Your client can still book appointments in the appointment tab. Now, though, if you’ve added more than one appointment calendar to the project, they can complete them all in one, central location without having to navigate to another part of the project.

Questionnaires

  • Your client can still answer questionnaires in the questionnaire tab. Now, though, if you’ve added more than one questionnaire to the project, they can complete them all in one, central location without having to navigate to another part of the project.

Files & Media

  • In the Files & Media tab, your client can now find all the Documents & Files and Deliverables you’ve made visible to them as well as the folders you’ve designated for them to upload images and documents - all in one, central location with no need to navigate between different spaces to find everything.

Moodboards (now called Design Boards)

  • In the Design Boards tab, your client can see all moodboards you’ve made visible to them in one central location with no need to navigate between different spaces.

Notes

  • In the Notes tab, your client can see all notes and checklists you’ve made visible to them in one, central location.
