Need to upgrade your Visualizer to Visualizer Pro?
Pro Tip: Make sure you have logged into your studio in a Chrome browser.
Must be on a computer or laptop to access all capabilities.
First make sure that you have launched your visualizer at least once (for the lifetime of your account) before trying to upgrade. To do this, you will select the Visualizer Icon on the left navigation menu. The first time it will show you a pop-up with a miniature tour. Then it will open in a new browser tab.
If your visualizer doesn't open in a new tab be sure to triple check that there isn't a pop-up blocker blocking it.
Go to the billing section of your studio settings:
Scroll down to the Add-ons and select either monthly or annual for the Visualize Pro:
You can keep track of your Mydoma Studio subscription and your add-on billing cycles directly on the billing page.
