What are Views?
Views let you organize your projects' Products and Services to fit the way you work!
What product and service information do you present and share throughout your design process? With the click of a View button, we make it easier for you to share that information!
No matter what group needs the information, your team, clients, contractors, receiver, etc., you have complete control over the information they see.
You custom create each view with the specific settings you’d like it to have then assign team members and/or clients to that view. Views are designed to be “what you see is what you get” so there are no questions about what certain team members/clients can see.
Some examples of Views you can save are:
By room - Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen, etc. Allow the clients to see all Products & Services per room rather than all together.
By options - Let's say you're doing just a Master Bedroom but you have 3 different design options - allow them to see Options 1-3!
Presentation - Want to present your products without showing pricing at first? Create a Presentation view.
Fixtures, Finishes, & Equipment - Work more in FF&E rather than rooms/spaces? Customize the views to fit your work flow. Great to get contractors what they need too!
