Grab your Embed Link

If you're a Google Workspace subscriber, your Google calendar can be embedded with available appointment time slots for easy booking by your client. This article will show you step by step on how to set up your calendar appointments and embed them in Mydoma Studio.

Appointments in Google Calendar / Gmail are only available if you're a Google Workspace subscriber. If you're not a Google Workspace subscriber, consider using an alternative service such as Calendly or Acuity.

Open your Google Calendar then go to Settings.

Click "Appointment Schedules" then check the box next to "Create appointment schedules instead of appointment slots."

Click the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner to go back to your Calendar.

Click "Create" in the upper left-hand corner then "Appointment schedule."

Add an Appointment Title.

**Note** The title will show on your calendar for booked appointments and is visible to clients with your booking link.

Set your appointment duration.

**Note** Appointments must be at least 15 minutes long.

Set the date and time you want your appointment to be available.

To set how far in advance appointments can be booked, next to “Scheduling window,” click the Down arrow

**Note** By default, someone can book an appointment with you anywhere from 12 hours to 60 days in advance.

Click Next

Optional: You can change your photo, set where the meeting takes place, and more

When you're done customizing your appointment as you'd like, click "Save."

Click on one of the Appointment Schedule blocks and click "Share."

Click "Copy Link" then click "Done."

Create Appointment

Switch over to your Mydoma Studio account and go to your project or package and click "Appointments."

Click "+ Add appointment" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Name the appointment: Consultation, Meet & Greet, etc. **Note** We suggest naming the appointment in Mydoma, as you have it named in Calendly. Paste the appointment link into the "Booking Link" field. Click "Save"

Click "View booking link" to see your booking calendar appear.

If you need any additional support, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner to chat with a member of our team.

Happy designing!
