What is a Schedule?
A schedule is a table of a certain type of product (lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, finishes, etc.) on a project and has vendor and manufacturer information, locations, installation details, and more. Creating a schedule is quick and easy in Mydoma NEXT!
PRO TIP: You can create schedule views for your project template so they're ready to go each time you start a new project.
Start in your project's Products & Services list
Make sure you've tagged your products with the appropriate tags
In the Search/Filter panel, select the tag you'd like to use as a filter
Next, select which fields you want to be visible and which ones you do not
Switch from Card to Table view
Finally, select Add View. Enter the appropriate name for your schedule, add a budget if you'd like, and add the team members and/or clients who need to view the schedule, then click save
Congratulations! You've created a schedule!
Your schedule can also be exported as a PDF or CSV.
