Get a free Questionnaire Template from our Resources Page!

Once you've added your questionnaire to a Project or Package, if it's one you use regularly, turn it into a template!

Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the questionnaire you'd like to create into a template.

Then click "Create Template."

Give your template and name and description then hit "Save."
