Where are my Questionnaire Responses?
In Mydoma, you are able to embed a 3rd party form as a template and reuse these for all of your projects and packages. Essentially, the embedded form is a shortcut to the form in the software you used to create it (Google Form, JotForm, etc.).
When the client responds and submits the form, the responses aren't stored in your Mydoma portal. Instead, they are stored in the software you used to create it.
That means you'll need to go to the software where you created your actual form/questionnaire to look for the responses.
💡💡Pro Tip: Please note, if you like to keep things centralized, you can ALWAYS download the form response and upload it to the actual client project in "Files & Media." 💡💡
