Navigation for all reports:
The overall search/filter section will be on the right hand side. At the top of this section is the "clear all" option if you want to reset any filters.
If you are on a smaller screen or if your browser window is condensed you may need to hover over the column headers to find the scroll bar to scroll to see all of the information.
You will be able to see 10 orders/invoices/packages at a time. You can use the arrows on the bottom right to continue to the next page.
If you wish to export a report, ensure you have the filters set to what you would like to export and then select "Export to CSV" at the top right. This will put the data into a spreadsheet.
Purchased Packages Reports:
You will want to select the option for Packages and it will open up a report of Purchased Packages you have sold or had clients sign up for in Mydoma.
This should be similar to what you see when you first enter.
You are able to filter packages by:
Start Date: the oldest package sold/signed up for you want to see
End Date: the newest package sold/signed up for you want to see
Package: the type of package. This is useful to see which packages you are selling more, or have clients signed up for more.
Client: who bought/signed up for the packages
Lastly to see if a package has stripe data. This is to show packages that were paid for through stripe and are not labeled as free.
Pro Tip: Want to give your Accountant or Bookkeeper access? Simply make them a users and set their permissions.
