Create a Proposal

To create a Proposal, click "Create proposal" in the upper right-hand corner of your Proposals tab.

Create a Proposal number then click "Add."

Proposal Information

The Proposal Information will show your logo, Business name, address, date created, Proposal number, status, clients, and public notes.

To edit your Proposal number, click the pencil icon in the Proposal Information section.

Once you edit the Proposal number, click "Save."

To add a Public Note (visible to everyone on the project), click "Public Note +" This can say something along the lines of "Kitchen Proposal" etc.

Item List

Add products, services, and custom products from the Project's Products & Services to your Proposal for your clients to approve.

Click "Add line items + "

Click the items you wish to add so that they highlight in blue then click "Add."

**Note** When you click "Add ( # )" - the number is the amount of items you've selected, not the Qty.

**Note** You can filter through vendors on the left to help add items quickly.

You can also check "Selected" to only see the items which you have selected to add to the Proposal.

Upload attachments that you wish to Include in your Proposal!

Click "Add files + "

Click "Select files" to upload any attachments you'd like to include for the Proposal. Then click "Upload."
Supported Files are: pdf, doc, docx, skp, xls, xlsx, dwg, numbers, zip, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, and webp.

Totals will auto-populate as you add items into the proposal.

Anyone on the project can add comments onto a Proposal. A great place for an open discussion!

If you need any additional support, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner to chat with a member of our team.
