To download items within your Files & Media tab, first open the folder with the items you'd like to download.

If the item is a PDF, Word Doc, or other non-image file type, simply click on the file to download directly to your computer.

If the item is an image, click the three dots next to the file name and click "Download."

**Note** You can download PDF/Word Doc files like this as well.
