To open a presentation mode, you will want to be logged in as yourself and inside a specific project. From anywhere in the project you are able to click on the camera icon next to the client's name to launch presentation mode!

This will allow you to present only the things that this client is able to see when it comes to Views, Files & Media, and Design Boards.

If you have different Views or Files & Media folders shared or hidden for different clients this is where things may be different between the client profiles.

Once you have launched the presentation mode, it will start out with this view. Your logo, or the feature image set for the project.

To navigate through you will select the 3-lines at the top left.

This will open a Navigation menu where you will see all of the Views and Files & Media folders the client is assigned to. Also any design boards that are published for all clients.

When you select a view It will preview exactly how you set the view up for the client and the information they are able to see if they were in the same view. The only difference being that clients are not able to see the order badge.

Next in the navigation menu, you have the Files & Media folders and embeds. When you click on the folder or embed that you want, it will show the contents full screen.

In the folder you are in a folder, you are able to select the documents to download them and review them with your clients. You are also able to click on the images to enlarge them and click through the images.

Also if you embed anything it will show full screen and allow you to use it as needed.

The last section you are able to go through will be published design boards.

You are able to review design boards, hotspots, and also edit the design boards if you would like a more collaborative experience.

To edit the design board while you are in presentation view, you will select to pull out the item list. Then select the 3-dots at the top right corner.

From here you will be able to select to toggle on Edit mode. This will now show all of your normal options to edit design boards.

Once you are done with the presentation and wish to return to your view, you will select the 3-lines at the top left and select "Exit presentation."
