During the designated office hours, Lauren will be available to any Mydoma Visualizer user who wants to stop by and ask a few questions, get advice on rendering, or troubleshoot a problem they are having on a particular project. The chat bubble is still the primary place to ask questions but we know that sometimes we have problems that are better worked out or explained via a quick video call.
What to expect:
We will use the waiting room to grant access individually so please be patient if you aren't allowed into the Zoom room right away, there may be some wait time depending on demand. After your questions have been answered, you can exit the call.
