Calendar events are perfect for those meetings that don't fall into project appointments or tasks - lunch and learns with your reps, site visits with trades, chamber of commerce meetings, IDS events, etc.
Calendar events can be added from either the studio calendar page or a project calendar page. Events added from the project calendar page will automatically have a project associated with them.
IMPORTANT:
Events added from the studio calendar page will only be visible on on the studio calendar and studio agenda.
They will not be visible on any project calendar or project agenda.
Project Calendar Events
Open the project calendar by selecting Calendar in the project navigation menu:
Next, click the + icon in the top, right-hand corner of the calendar:
The Calendar Event panel will open. Give the event a name, start and end dates, start and end times, and description. You can also add or remove clients and team members or switch the event owner. When you're done, make sure to click Add:
Studio Calendar Events
