Project Agenda
To access your project Agenda, click on the Overview icon in your project navigation menu.
What is visible on the Project Agenda?
Clients
Clients can see the Project Agenda, but not all items are visible to them.
Calendar Events - clients can only see project calendar events to which they have been added
Appointments - clients can see booked appointments for that project
Tasks - clients can only see project tasks on which they are an assignee
Shipment ETAs - clients cannot see shipment ETAs
Team Members
Team members can only see the project Agenda if they are on the project and they have the view or higher calendar permissions.
Calendar Events - team members can only see project calendar events to which they have been added
Appointments - team members with view permissions or higher on Appointments can see booked appointments for that project
Tasks - team members will only see project tasks on which they are an assignee
Shipment ETAs - team members with view permissions or higher on Orders can see shipment ETAs for that project
