Studio Agenda
To access your Studio Agenda, click on the Dashboard icon in your Studio navigation menu.
What is visible on the Studio Agenda?
Clients
Clients can see the Studio Agenda, but not all items are visible to them.
Calendar Events - clients can only see calendar events to which they have been added
Appointments - clients can see booked appointments on their projects only
Tasks - clients can only see tasks on which they are either an assignee or a watcher
Shipment ETAs - clients cannot see shipment ETAs
Team Members
Team members can only see the Studio Agenda if they have the view or higher calendar permissions.
Calendar Events - team members can only see calendar events to which they have been added
Appointments - team members with view permissions or higher on Appointments can see booked appointments for the projects to which they have been added
Tasks - team members will only see tasks on which they are an assignee
Shipment ETAs - team members with view permissions or higher on Orders can see shipment ETAs for the projects to which they have been added
