To navigate to your Messaging, you will need to select your Logomark/ studio name at the top left of your navigation menu. Then select the option for "Studio Settings"

In your Studio Settings, you will see a Messaging tab just under Integrations. This section is where you can customize and control who receives messages directly from team members. Choose recipients relevant to your clients' needs for a clear path to get answers.

Designated Messaging will take off a lot of load from the account owners shoulders as it allows your clients and team members to sends messages directly to selected team members of your choice.
