Creating a Contract Template

Follow the steps here to create a Contract up through formatting your contract but stop before clicking "Ready for client acceptance"

When you're done formatting your contract template, click "Create Template."

Create a name for your template then click "Save."

How to use a Contract Template

Open a project and go to the Contracts tab. Click "Add text contract."

Click on the Contract Templates dropdown box to select the template you wish to use then click "Apply Template."

A box will pop up letting you know that applying this template will overwrite anything in the big text box (where it says Create contract) currently - if it's blank like the image above, great! If you've started typing something in the big text box before selecting the Contract Template, be sure to save your work elsewhere if you need it again later.

Click "Apply."

Once you click "Apply" it'll fill in the box for the contract copy so you can edit and make ready for client acceptance!

How to delete a Contract Template

Go to your Studio Settings. You will find the Studio Settings as the first menu in the the gear icon at the top of the left menu.

Click "Templates"

Click on the three vertical dots next to the template you'd like and click "Delete"

**Note** Deleted templates cannot be retrieved. You'll have to re-enter the template manually and save it again.
