List Notes

If you wish to create a standalone checklist you will choose the option "Add List Note".

With the lists, you can assign the list a title at the top and add the list items just below.

To move to a new line after you have typed the first you will press the Enter key on your keyboard.

On the right of each line: you can check items off your list, use the trash can to delete items you no longer wish to be on the list, or use the 2 lines to drag and drop items to be in different placements.

Color Coding Lists:

The lists can be color-coded as well to keep track of your stuff and can be moved around like cards in a project management tool.

Please note, that you are now able to select and color code your lists too in case there's a specific way you like to do so.

For example: Yellow Background List: For Internal Discussion lists, White Background lists: For Clients, etc.

πŸ’‘πŸ’‘NOTE: Did you know, that you can also select and save a custom list background color by entering the Hex code for colors? πŸ’‘πŸ’‘

Archiving a List:

You can archive a note/ list that is no longer required or for any reason if you don't want to view it by selecting the three dots at the top right of a note and choosing archive. Just about like anything else in Mydoma, your Notes once archived can be unarchived if need be.

Making a List Visible to Clients:

Should you need your clients to be able to view or edit lists that you have, you may give them permission to individual lists by selecting the checkboxes at the bottom right.

Your lists also have information about when and by whom it was created and who last updated it.

If you need any additional support, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner to chat with a member of our team.

Happy designing!
