Text Notes

You can add project-related notes and checklists to your Studio Project. You will need to make sure that the function is turned on in your project features to do this.

You can also control the client's visibility and provide client editing controls for your Notes and checklist.

Creating a Note:

To add a general note, you will select "Add Text Note." From here it will open your new note, and you can create a title for the note and format different things inside.

Color Coding Notes:

Once a note is created, you are now able to select the background color for your notes. Please note, that you are now able to select and color code your notes too in case there's a specific way you like to do so.

For example: Yellow Background Notes: For Internal Discussion Notes, White Background Notes: For Client Notes, etc.

πŸ’‘πŸ’‘NOTE: Did you know, that you can also select and save custom note background color by entering the Hex code for colors? πŸ’‘πŸ’‘

Starting with the first, we all make mistakes sometimes and accidentally delete something we shouldn't have or simply want to undo what we just did. You have the option to undo multiple times with the keyboard shortcut control + Z/command + Z or redo with the keyboard shortcut control + shift + Z/command + shift + Z.

Archiving a Note:

You can archive a note that is no longer required or for any reason if you don't want to view it by selecting the three dots at the top right of a note and choosing archive. Just about like anything else in Mydoma, your Notes once archived can be unarchived if need be.

Making a Note visible to Clients:

Should you need your clients to be able to view or edit notes that you have, you may give them permission to individual notes by selecting the checkboxes at the bottom right.

If you need any additional support, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner to chat with a member of our team.
