Product Catalog

Do you have favorite products you like specify in a project? If so, we have built you a tool for creating your personal product catalog. Products can be added to multiple projects over and over again!

Products in your catalog are global. This means if you make changes to a product from within the catalog, it will change everywhere you've used that product.

There are two ways to add products to your catalog. The first is by clicking "Add new" through your Studios Product Catalog to add a product manually and the second is by using our product clipper on your favorite websites. We have also loaded some partner products into your catalog, scroll down for more on that.

Quick Add Products to Projects or Packages

Click the three dots on a product to quickly add it directly to a project or package.

Use the checkboxes to select multiple products to quick add. Check the products you'd like to quick add then select "Add to project" or "Add to package" in the upper right-hand corner.

You can easily filter to see all the items you currently have selected by checking the box "Selected."

Click the " x " by the # Items Selected at the top to deselect the checked items.

Favoriting Products

Use the heart icon to favorite the products you love. Simply click on an empty heart to fill it in!

You can easily search and filter your favorites afterwards in the Search/Filter panel on the right-hand side.

Search/Filter

Easily see what you are looking for by using the name search, the quick categories, or any of the more specific detailed filters on the right-hand panel of the catalog. This way you can filter to see only your products, partner vendor catalogs, and more.

**Note** You can use more than one filter at a time to narrow down your catalog.

You can also clear all filters to continue looking through your catalog for another product. Simply click "Clear all" in the Search/Filter Panel to clear any current filters.

Sort by:

In this dropdown menu in the Search/Filter panel, you can sort your products by the date created, price (low to high and high to low), or alphabetical order (A-Z and Z-A).

Search By:

Search your catalog by Product Name, the Manufacturer attached to a product, or a tag attached to a product.

Name: Looking for a product in particular? Search via the Product Name to quickly find what you're looking for! The Product Name is listed on the top of each Product card in your Catalog.

Manufacturer: Easily search for all products associated with a particular manufacturer within your catalog.

If you can't find a product you're looking for, be sure to double check the Manufacturer information within the Product.

Tag: Tags help filter the catalog in ways the Search/Filter panel may not provide. Tags you could include can be the project or package name, if the light fixture is wet, dry, or damp listed, etc. Customize tags in a way that best suits your business!

**Note** These tags are separate from the tags applied in Products & Services

If you can't find a product you're looking for, be sure to double check the Tags within the Product.

Filter by:

Filter your catalog down by catalog, price type, vendor, category/subcategory, favorites, archived, or selected products.

Catalog: You may have noticed your catalog already has products populated from Sourcc and Curated Kravet. These are our partnered vendors. To only see the products you've added to your catalog, click the dropdown menu and select "My products." You can also see just the Sourcc or just the Curated Kravet catalog.

Price type: Filter your catalog by products marked as retail or trade pricing.

Vendor: Easily search for all products associated with a particular vendor within your catalog.

If you can't find a product you're looking for, be sure to double check the Vendor information within the Product.

Category/Subcategory: Looking for a table lamp? Filter by the Lighting category and a Table Lamp subcategory to see all table lamps within your catalog. Once you select one of the Categories, the Subcategory filter will appear right below it with the list of the subcategories you've created.

Duplicating Products

Duplicating products is always helpful when an item is carried by multiple manufacturers, is a custom piece you want to duplicate to choose different selections with different clients, or a hundred other reasons you might want to make a copy of an item in your catalog to then edit and suggest to your clients.

To duplicate a product, click the three dots on the product you wish to duplicate, and select "Duplicate." The information for the duplicate item will appear for you to make any changes to and will appear as the first item within your catalog.

Can I delete Products?

Products cannot be deleted. We did this to prevent you from deleting a product that’s active in a clients project. Archiving a product will keep the product active in the client project but won’t be visible in your catalog. You can unarchive a product at any time.

To archive a product, click on the three dots of the product you'd like to archive and select "Archive."

To see your archived products, check the box next to "Archive" in the Search/Filter panel under Filter By.

If you want to unarchive a product, click the three dots on the product you wish to unarchive and select "Unarchive."

Catalog Tear Sheets

From your catalog you can generate a PDF tear sheet. Simply click on the three dots on the product you would like and select "Tear sheet PDF."

  2. You can also choose to add it directly to a project or package upon creation.
