Getting started with your studio

Upon logging into your studio, you'll enter your Mydoma dashboard where you can access recent projects and see the latest comments from your clients.


Projects are the backbone of the Mydoma platform. You'll have a project in Mydoma for each design project you're working on for your business.

Projects contain a full suite of time-saving tools to help you perfect your process.

Understanding products and services

You can add products like furniture, fixtures, building material, etc. to the product catalogue section of your studio. Mydoma's product clipper makes product sourcing easier than ever by automatically pulling products from the web.

You can easily add services that you provide or have a third party provide, such as installation, inspections, etc

Products and services can then be added to proposals, invoices and orders automatically to save you time. We're confident that you'll be amazed at the ease of creating, sharing and managing these documents with your clients, vendors and team. Working with clients in Mydoma

Working with Mydoma provides a great opportunity to collaborate with your clients on their project needs. Once a client joins you on Mydoma you can decide what elements of their project they can see. You have the ability to hide or display certain features.

You'll love the time-saving convenience of the client portal - where you'll be able to effortlessly manage contracts, product approvals, design boards, questionnaires, transmitted files and scheduled meetings and so much more! You're even able to chat directly with clients through the portal. Gone are the days of communicating through various channels, losing track of attachments, and chasing clients for approvals. Did you know that you can add your team to your studio so they can work alongside you?
